PHILOMEL CARE was established in Dumfries as a nursing and homecare agency in September of 1996. By December of that year we were on Social Services approved list of agencies and early 1997 were licensed by Dumfries and Galloway Health Board to supply qualified staff to hospitals, nursing homes and clinics.
